All deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the course and need to cancel it, the deposit will be lost. If the course needs to be rescheduled, we will need a minimum of 14 days’ notice for us to transfer the deposit over to another date. Failure to give at least 14 days’ notice and the deposit will be lost and will need to be paid again. No place on a course is secured without a deposit. Remaining balances for courses must be paid 48 hours before the course date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in your place on the course being lost so please ensure you can pay in time. If you choose not to continue with the course or fail to attend it after we have received full payment, no refund will be made. Please bare this in mind when choosing course dates and ensure you are definitely able to attend before making any payments.

Agreed Terms Prior to Booking When prompted all previous qualification certificates must be provided I agree that I will be able to attend the dates and times agreed in advance I agree that all my personal details given are accurate I agree to photos or videos being taken on the course dates by Antonia’s Beauty Academy to be used on social media for promotional purposes Cancellations If the course is cancelled by snatchural aesthetics for any reason, we will offer alternative dates but no refund will be given. 

Refunds Once you have completed the course you will not be refunded for any reason. If you found the course to be unsatisfactory or you didn’t feel confident after the training course we can offer additional training at a small cost but you will not receive any refund.

Refresher/Additional Training We aim to make sure 100% of our students are confident when leaving their training. In the event you do not feel confident in what you have been taught we encourage you to contact us for more training ASAP. Within 6 months of your training course if you do not feel confident we will offer additional training at a small fee Anything over 6 months and you will be charged full price for additional training from us. By making any payments to Antonia’s Beauty Academy you are agreeing to all the above terms and conditions.

Competition Terms & Conditions



By entering any of our competitions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in your prize being withdrawn.



Eligibility
If the competition prize includes multiple treatments (e.g., a combined package), the winner must be eligible and willing to receive all treatments as advertised. Partial acceptance is not permitted unless explicitly stated in the competition details.
Single Treatment Prizes
If the prize is for a single treatment, it cannot be transferred, altered, or exchanged for a different treatment.
Shared Competitions or Entries on Behalf of Others
If you are entering on behalf of someone else, this must be clearly stated at the time of entry or when first contacted if selected as a winner. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
Conduct
Any form of dishonesty, rudeness, or disrespectful behavior will result in the immediate withdrawal of the prize and disqualification from all future competitions. Arguing with or refusing to accept the competition terms and conditions  will also lead to the withdrawl of your prize or entering any future competitons
